A typical 360 run in Pulse360 involves around 11 assessors per person: peers, manager, direct reports and a self-review, though you decide the group.

Every point carries an evidence-strength indicator. Where feedback is thin or contradictory, Pulse360 shows lower evidence strength rather than a confident-looking score, and flags it for a human conversation instead of overstating it.

Below a minimum number of reviewers, ratings for that group are hidden before they leave the server, and every read of feedback is logged. Anonymity is enforced in the application, through access controls and a minimum reviewer threshold. See Trust & Security for the honest detail.

AI drafts the questionnaire from your goal, supports assessors, and turns feedback into a structured report with the evidence behind it. It is decision-support: a person reviews, edits or rejects every output before it informs a decision. Pulse360 makes no autonomous employment decisions.

Pulse360 is model-agnostic. No provider trains on your data, and the model provider is a choice: for stricter data residency, open-source models can run on EU-based infrastructure we operate, or on your own infrastructure.

Customer and employee records can be deleted with cascading removal, and automated retention cleanup enforces data minimisation. Alesserg Technology OÜ acts as a processor on the customer's instructions under the Data Processing Agreement.
